Delete your account

Use this form to ask Netcorp to delete your FSM Platform or Netcorp Field account and the personal information linked to it.

What is deleted: your name, email address, phone number, sign-in credentials, device tokens and location history.

What is kept: job records, completed forms and attachments belong to the business that holds the account and are kept under its retention rules, with your name removed where the law allows.

If your account was created by your employer, we will confirm the request with them first. Requests are completed within 30 days.
